As an actor, he has won a Primetime Emmy Award and received nominations for an Academy Award, two Golden Globe Awards, and three British Academy Film Awards. As a musician, he was a member of the Swet Shop Boys, earned critical acclaim with the hip hop albums Microscope and Cashmere, and earned commercial success with the U.S. Billboard 200 chart-topping Hamilton Mixtape.
